Hotjar analysis and user testing identified several critical pain points:

  • High Friction: A long, confusing purchase path caused high cart abandonment.
  • Technical Glitches: Frequent page errors disrupted transactions.
  • User Frustration: Rage clicks and backtracking (“u-turns”) signaled confusion and annoyance.
